The Army Parachute Association is one of the world’s first sport parachute centres. The club was formed in 1962 and is located at Airfield Camp, Netheravon, on the eastern end of Salisbury Plain. Surrounded by the beautiful Wiltshire countryside, the drop zone continues to provide an ideal venue for service personnel, and members of the public, to carry out safe parachuting. Since the early days of jumping Round Parachutes from a Dragon Rapide Bi-Plane, the club has progressed to owning the most modern fleet of turbine powered parachute aircraft in the UK. The complete spectrum of parachuting opportunities are available, ranging from solo Static Line descents, to Tandem Skydiving and Accelerated Freefall.
