William's uncle, Garth Aldridge is busy training for the Bristol Half Marathon this year and will be participating on 5th September to raise funds for the Kilimanjaro 2010 Appeal.
The Bristol Half Marathon successfully raise funds every year for their own dedicated charities and allow race participants to also raise for their chosen charity.

The race covers 13.1 miles - starting and finishing in Bristol’s historic Harbourside.

The scenic, sea-level route will take runners around the old city, past the Harbourside, out and back along the Portway, through the stunning Avon Gorge, and pass twice under Brunel’s famous Clifton Suspension Bridge. Please view details of last years marathon by visiting:

This years event will be staged on the same weekend as the city's popular International Kite Festival - making for a fantastic fun-filled family weekend.
