Armed Services and ex-Armed Services personnel can improve their skills and job opportunities with Civvy Street's free online learning and work tools.  Civvy Street has a special focus on helping individuals who face one or more barriers to learning and work.

Who is Civvy Street for?

Civvy Street is for members, service providers and employers.

Members

Civvy Street is for anyone who has served in the UK Armed Services (regular or reserves). It is also for their widows, widowers, partners and dependants. Anyone with an Armed Services connection can apply to become a registered and approved member of Civvy Street. Membership is validated against Armed Services number and branch.

Service Providers

Civvy Street is also for organisations who provide services to serving and former members of the UK Armed Services and their dependants – especially learning and work related services. These organisations can become partners of Civvy Street, accredited to provide information, advice and guidance services. Partners benefit from a high profile portal through which they can offer their specialised services to Civvy Street members.

Employers

Employers can benefit from Civvy Street through access to specially developed services such as online vacancies posting and cv search.
