    This week is BLIND HEROES WEEK and Our Friends at St Dunstan's are busy organising some fantastic fundraisers. Fancy taking part in the Spinnaker Tower Challenge on Thursday 14th October? - The ultimate quad burning endurance test! There's £100 worth of sports vouchers for the fastest female and fastest male participants completing the challenge ... or you can just do this for fun, enjoying views across the South coast 100 metres above sea level and helping raise money for the care of our blind Service Personnel.
