THE HELMAND PROVINCIAL RECONSTRUCTION TEAM

News from the Provincial Reconstruction Team in Helmand, Afghanistan including pre-Christmas visits from Prince Andrew (Duke of York) who learned of progress being made by the team supporting military efforts in the Province - and from Prime Minister David Cameron who flew out to thank troops currently serving in Afghanistan. He was briefed by the Head of the PRT, Michael O'Neill and Brigadier Jamie Chiswell, Commander of Taskforce Helmand.

Also News of Governor Mangal's visit to the UK.
